Agreement

By using marblemoortis.com you agree to these terms. Marble Moortis is a manufacturer and exporter of handcrafted Makrana marble murtis based in Jaipur, India.

Orders & Quotes

• All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. International orders may include shipping, insurance, and customs duties.
• Custom orders require a 40–50% advance deposit. Balance due before dispatch.
• Lead times: 7–14 days for standard sizes; 3–8 weeks for custom and life-size orders.

Product & Materials

We guarantee 100% Makrana marble for all standard products. Natural stone may have minor veining — this is not a defect.

Shipping & Export

• Domestic orders ship via insured courier. International orders use export-grade wooden crating.
• Import duties in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
• Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.

Returns & Cancellations

Custom-carved murtis cannot be returned once carving has begun. Standard-size in-stock items may be exchanged within 7 days if undamaged. Cancellation before carving: full refund minus 5% processing fee.

Intellectual Property

Website content, images, and designs are owned by Marble Moortis. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
